Anyone Have Working Config For Mac
My internet connection has been working but deteriorating over the past couple of months with out changing any settings knowingly. So it has worked in the past. Very recently the connectivity became very problematic requiring troubleshooting. Hi, I was asked to fix a MacBook Air, circ Mid 2013, where the usb ethernet has stopped working, tested new hardware and same connection on other Mac, all worked - found that the issue was in the Microsoft USB Bluetooth adapter used for the Mouse, it was plugged into the USB Mac Keyboard.
This is not supported, your best bet is to ask Apple Support but I guess they won't help either. It seems best to learn the behavior, please note that just touching the track pad to move your mouse does not trigger a tap. A tap only triggers if you touch the track pad fast and remove your finger. I can move over my desktop shortcuts by continuously moving while jumping my finger without any of the shortcuts being opened, I can only open them when I do a fast tap (or click a mouse button if present).
Only because I hadn’t updated in years and without restarting I couldn’t get to the point of even wishing to update to iOS 8 lol. SO, once I did that, I realised I couldn’t use iMessage, tried everything you guys were saying nothing. So I really got to thinking, and this is what I did to finally get it working. Settings >> iCloud >> Sign Out >>Sign back in. So that seemed to get the Send/Receive option back, I selected my mobile number to be both, and HEY PRESTO thank god took literally 5 hours of thinking with this tiny brain of mine totally worth it lol, really hope this can help some of you out, I know just how FRUSTRATING it can be!:) Happy iMessaging.

Dear all, My Macbook air (late 2011) USB Ethernet adapter stopped to work after I installed Samsung Kies and Android File Transfer. I already removed the apps and the USB continues to not work. In System Report (About this mac -> More information) in the USB tab shows the device working with no problem, there is no USB issue, I already plugged other devices (USB HD for Time Machine and my iPhone). I also tested the cable and the USB Ethernet adapter and it works fine in other Macbook air.
